Hello again iiwiiers
This is a recording, of course. I'm writing this bit on friday morning. Not that I didn't capitalise friday - not a mistake, I don't think days or months deserve it. The French don't capitalise vendredi, do they? What's going on with the English language that they think the days of the week are so special? Anyway, I'm not consistent on the matter - of whether I use a big F that is, it's not that I think they're important sometimes. I went for 'Friday morning' this time, but then I thought it didn't look right for the 'morning' squeezed between the big cocky capital Friday and the full stop/period. But I wasn't prepared to go Friday Morning. Let's face it, it doesn't deserve it. Friday and Morning are both special in their own way, but so are lots of things. If we capitalised everything that was special its own way that would be mad, we'd have to capitalise things like Cheese. It's the afternoon by now, by the way, one o'clock. Not that that matters.
I read that Irish police have found a shitload of cocaine on a yacht. But isn't cocaine the whole point of yachts?
Latest alternate reality fiction from Planet Jacqui Smith - People can't wait for ID cards! People come up to her on the street and tell her, apparently. Would it be wrong of me to speculate that they're all Daily Mail reading fascists that want all the gippos rounded up and shot? It probably would, so I won't. Maybe they're just mad.
You may recall that when Obama did his victory speech he promised his kids they could have a puppy. Today I saw an article speculating about what sort of dog it will be. "Oh, stop having a go, it's just a bit of fun!" some might say. But it's not even that, really is it? It's just filler fluff which is too flimsy to even be much fun. If you need to rest your brain but not your eyes after reading too much hard news go and look at some pictures of puppies or something. Enjoy them for what they are and you don't have to think 'maybe the Obamas will get one like that' unless you want to.
well, I'm off to do tomorrow's It Is What It Is now
see you then
