Hello again iiwiiers
Hello rat fans! I don't know what you see in rats. i'm sorry, that was a bit parochial. Moving swiftly on, ugh, moving swiftly on, I'm turning into Angus Deayton or something. I'm sorry, that was a bit parochial too, although not so much. Moving swiftly on, fans of Jonny Greenpeace's Worm Buffet will be pleased to hear that the podcasts are restarting soon, after the launch of a new archive for the old ones, work on which is well underway. More news as we get it, in the next few days I expect. Also you can expect the usual rubbish without interruption this weekend. Isn't that nice?
Watchdog scares off Silverjet rescuer - well, I'm sure it was only trying to help the troubled airline, which has been under a lot of pressure lately. The rescuer was probably too exuberant and looked like a thread to the poor beast. Rather than bounding in like an over-eager fool a decent rescuer would have thought things through properly first and approached the dog in such a manner that it knew it was a rescuer. There's no point coming over all Indiana Jones if you're trying to rescue an airline, that's just won't wash. Haven't you ever wondered why you don't often see venture capitalists jumping off a collapsing rickety wooden platform onto a rope and swinging across a chasm into a speeding runaway mine cart? No, me neither.
Fox forced to apologise to Obama for third time in two weeks - what's going on there? He's not in favour of hunting, is he? Is the fox a die-hard Clintonite? It's probably just bitter that foxes don't have the vote - oh, hang on... it's Fox News, The Evil Rupert Murdoch's propaganda station for foxes - no wonder they've got it in for Obama... no, that's wrong... anyway, TV station apologises to US presidential candidate again after screening racially tinged caption - tinged? Is The Guardian doing it on purpose? They should apologise to someone, probably the brainwashed foxes.
That's all for now
See you around
