Hello again iiwiiers
I've left it too late really, but I'll do a bit, and I'll do something tomorrow even though I'm busy.
My porridge today said something I'd already had on it. I'm not sure whether I should be annoyed at the meanness of it or please that I haven't had a new one inflicted on me.
I actually enjoyed the hot weather today, not like me. It didn't see to unbearable tonight either. Strange, now I come to think of it, that I haven't mentioned the oppressive hear this week. Maybe because it's rather dull.
I listened to BBC Radio 4's Robbie Williams and Jon Ronson Journey to the Other Side today, pretty good, worth a listen, although not up to Jon's usual standard. But it wasn't his idea, it was Robbie's. Still, fairly entertaining.
Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert is under a lot of pressure to resign for taking a load of bribes from criminals, now was it him or the ex-President Moshe Katsav, who resigned when everyone found out he was a rapist, even though Putin was impressed, that was already under a lot of pressure to resign for being rubbish? Or was it both of them? I can't remember, think it was maybe only one of them though.
Cherie Blair in some dreadful book she's got coming out says that Tony Blair is secretly advising Gordon Brown on how to win the election. What a nasty thing to do - I hope he's not listening or we're all doomed. With Tony's help Gordon Brown and Catholicism will soon be but a distant memory. Would I take a Tory government if I also got the end of Catholicism? No, not willingly. For selfish reasons, as for all the damage that Catholicism does where I live is pretty much restricted to its followers, but a Tory government would end up hurting me bad, even worse than this one. That's the relative powers of church and government here, I may sneer at Cormac but I may fear the words of the government. It doesn't matter if Jacqui Smith or whoever is talking a load of rubbish, they can still implement their lunacy.
That wasn't as short as I thought, maybe you won't get anything tomorrow, maybe you will, you'll just have to wait and see!
See you around
