Hello again iiwiiers
Well, what a pickle to be in - I'm busy tomorrow, away the next three nights, and none of the news today was any good! Hey, I didn't have that custard last night after all, but I'm having it now - half a litre of custard is less than six hundred calories, which is a big suprise. I'm being a maverick though, it said to pour it into a microwaveable jug, but I poured it into a bowl. Just took it out for the customary half-time stir, and the bowl was pretty ruddy hot already - so I guess it will be a wee while before I actually eat the stuff. Maybe not, maybe I'll just put the keyboard out of the way then I can have the bowl on the desk while I eat the custard. Ah, the joys of wireless keyboards. Well, I ate it - the bowl was cool enough to hold. It was lovely - at first. After I'd finished I wondered if it was really worth all the calories. Not that it was a huge number, but still... maybe I'd have been better keeping my ten pence. This is riveting stuff, isn't it? Much later I had a ten pence garlic flatbread, that was a more sensible thing. It's nothing to do with a flatworm, no siree. They've got similar names because they're both kinda flat, that's all. I ate it in my flat, too, make of that what you will. Flats have silly names, they're not particularly flat. The sort of flat that's like a bit of a big house, that is. There are other things called flats which are generally more appropriately so-called but I'm not going to go into them.
South Africa has sent a ship away again of China arms that were supposed to go overland from there to Zimbabwe, which is good, it's believed that it's going to try get in at Mozambique, so watch this space.
See you around
